Plagiarism Policy

Authors must ensure that they have written and submitted only entirely original works, and if they have used the work and/or words of others, the citation has been done appropriately. Influential publications that determined the nature of the work being reported in the manuscript must also be cited. Plagiarism can occur in many forms, ranging from "passing off" someone else's paper as the author's own, copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another's paper (without attribution), to claiming results from research conducted by others. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
